Brent Knevett, Director

 

Brent Knevett, the Director of Forsius Technology Advisory, is a former Australian diplomat, senior state government public servant, political lobbyist, and now business consultant, with extensive experience in advising companies on strategy and planning.

 

After completing an Honours Degree in Economics and Politics at the University of Tasmania, Brent spent twelve years with the Australian Diplomatic Service, working in Canberra and at a number of Australia’s embassies overseas.

 

Brent later represented the Tasmanian Government in Canberra, advocating the state's interests to the Federal Government.

 

Brent subsequently headed the Canberra office for a leading government relations firm, working with senior management of Australian and international companies, including Macquarie, Thales, Freehills, Virgin Australia, Accenture, and General Dynamics.

 

Brent has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).   

Will Cooper, Research Officer

Will Cooper undertakes policy research for the firm's clients in Australia and overseas. 

Sarah Andrews, Executive Assistant

Sarah Andrews provides executive assistance and secretarial services to the Director. 

 

She also coordinates client programs and associated travel arrangements in Canberra and state capitals.
